1. Using Onward
Onward is a habit-tracking and accountability service. By creating an account or using Onward, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. You must not share your password, impersonate another person, or create an account for someone else without permission.
3. Habits, challenges, and social features
You choose the habits, schedules, goals, and challenge details you add to Onward. Friends, challenge participants, and other people may see information according to the product’s sharing controls and the choices you make.
Challenge results, leaderboards, nudges, streaks, badges, and similar features are designed for motivation and entertainment. They are not guarantees of performance or outcomes.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including habit notes, profile information, and challenge proof. You give Onward permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, invasive of another person’s privacy, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass its security, scrape or harvest data, distribute malware, misuse reporting tools, or use Onward to harass or harm other people. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its community.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Onward useful and available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or include errors. We may add, remove, or modify features and will update these terms when the changes materially affect your rights or obligations.
7. Disclaimers
Onward is a general-purpose productivity and accountability tool. It is not medical, mental-health, fitness, financial, or professional advice. Use your judgment and seek qualified advice when appropriate.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Onward or request account deletion through the app’s account controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and dispute-resolution purposes.
